Hey, friend.

I'm Whitney, and I love to make you sweat. Yep, I said it! I've been teaching fitness to women for over 10 years and I love every minute of it. The "Army of Women" call me "The Sergeant" and for good reason! I know when you can push a little more, dig a little deeper, and give me all you got. But don't worry! We can still go eat at Olive Garden on the weekend and I won't judge how many breadsticks you eat (as long as you share).

I am certified in AAFA Group X, CPR, I'm a ISSA Personal and a ISSA Transformation Specialist.

MY STORY

God puts each of us on this Earth during a specific time period for a specific purpose. I believe I was put on the earth at this time to show women what is possible in their physical and mental strength. You can be a mother, wife, sister, or boss and still make time for yourself to be the best version of yourself.

 

My struggles have made me stronger and thankful for the small things in life. In 2019, I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer. The color teal is special to me because it represents every woman fighting to survive Ovarian Cancer. Because of my experience, I stress the importance of knowing your body and recognizing the signs that something is wrong. 

I have the best job in the world. I get to see women everyday find their voice and become active and confident. I would not trade the feeling I get from seeing women have a positive view of themselves when we live in a world that tell us everything we should change about ourselves.

 

When designing workouts and personal training plans, I have your best interest in mind. I stay up to date on the latest fitness and exercise trends so that you can have a fun workout experience.

The specific strategy for my class is a HIIT style ( High Intense Interval Training). HIIT training allows you to burn body fat and building lean muscle. The best part is that most women don't even realize they are doing HIIT- they just know they are sweating and working out anger, depression, and all of the stress of life. 

I take the best care of myself when I am taking care of others. You can see on my social media pages daily that I share my own workouts, successes, and failures. I aim to be transparent so that my friends, family, and followers will hold me accountable.

I haven't made this journey alone- my family and friends play a huge role in my life and they have always supported me. My faith leads me to trust in GOD and keep moving forward.

When I'm not helping women become happier versions of themselves, you can find me watching all of the sports, spending time with family and friends, and bingeing Netflix at the house. It's all about balance!
